Preparation – tea bags:

• Pour 250 ml of boiling water into a cup and let the tea bag steep for 7 minutes. Steep longer for a stronger flavor.

Preparation – loose tea:

• Add 1 to 1.5 teaspoons of tea to 1 liter of boiling water. Cover for 15-20 minutes and let it simmer gently. Strain and sweeten or add warm milk.
