NOHrD SwingTower is a stylish and practical alternative to traditional kettlebells or dumbbells. Each SwingWeight consists of a solid wood handle attached to a hand-stitched leather case. The case is filled with small iron pellets, which support the dynamic imbalance of movements by moving inside the case – bringing additional irritation to the joints, muscles and connective tissue.

The handles of the weights are ergonomically shaped from solid, oiled wood to ensure a safe and comfortable grip. The weight in kilograms is marked on the end of each handle. Made from high quality genuine leather and hand stitched to ensure quality. An integrated metal spatula ensures the structural integrity of each weight.

The stylish stand made of solid wood is designed to fit into the living environment. When the SwingWeights are not in use, they are securely held in the SwingTower for convenient and space-saving storage.
