NOHRD TRAITRAINER TRAINING BENCH (LEATHER)

TriaTrainer is a multipurpose exercise bench. The stylish and minimally designed training bench can be folded into three different positions so that you can do different exercises. 

Exercise the abdominal and mid-body muscles in a closed position. Exercise your back muscles and glutes in a semi-closed position (open on one side). In its fully opened setup, all known bench exercises can be done with or without free weights. The footrest can be adjusted to all three bench positions to ensure comfortable and safe training.

The Tria Trainer is available in a variety of sustainably sourced hardwoods and finished with high-quality genuine leather. When not in use for training, the TriaTrainer can be easily stored or even used as a stool.
